Small Group PT up to 5 people maximum. I have Female, Male and Mixed PT Groups so you can exercise in comfort and everyone in your group has the same goals as you. I keep the numbers low so I can focus on correct technique throughout the whole session so you get the most out of every exercise you preform. That’s how you get the results you want.
